Could I send you details of "Value Economics" joint authored with John Lucas, the Oxford political philosopher, published by Palgraves in 2016, and to be published in Italain by Mondadori. A key theme of the book is how we need to measure the creation of value in economics including the metrics for doing so, and the criteria for deciding how that value is distributed. We hope the book can make a contribution to relooking at the theory of value in economics.
