Mr. Zelensky, I don't understand why Ukraine, which lacks the military capabilities to strike beyond a certain distance, doesn't take its drones across the Russian border, very close to Rostov or Volvograd, load them onto trucks or other unidentifiable vehicles, transport them close to sensitive Russian targets, and launch them nearby to weaken Russia's capacity to create donkeys, fuel refineries, communications, trains, and airfields. I don't understand why Ukraine doesn't do this.
